We are seeking a Junior Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with research projects, gathering and analyzing data, and helping to develop insights and recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to meaningful projects that have the potential to make a real impact

• Manage expense receipts including scanning and entry into Excel. 

• Devise data collection.

• Devise data collection, entry, and analysis methods.

• Design and conduct primary and secondary research.

• Analyze data provided by the clients in combination with additional relevant data obtained from other sources.

• Draw key findings and conclusions from analysis, research, and interviews.

• Creating and Handling the timesheets and expense reports on time.

• Formatting the documents including reports in a professional manner.

• Performing any other duties requested by the directors or lead consultants.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, such as statistics, economics, social sciences, or data science.

• 1 to 3 years of Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft suits like  Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Fully fluent in written and spoken English, Self-starter, good initiative, basic problem-solving skills

• Experience working with large datasets and conducting quantitative research.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Project management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
