We are seeking a proactive, versatile individual to take ownership of our Epic platform/solutions, support business development efforts, and manage essential operational tasks. The ideal candidate will blend product oversight, sales/relationship-building, and administrative efficiency to ensure that Epic solutions succeeds in the market and meets organizational goals.

Responsibilities

1. Epic Platform / Solutions Oversight

  • Manage the ongoing development and delivery of the Epic platform, ensuring it aligns with market and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive implementation, address issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain product documentation, FAQs, and training materials to promote

effective client adoption.


2. Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and market opportunities to drive Epic’s growth.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Conduct product demos tailored to client needs, draft proposals, and

support deal negotiations to close sales.


3. Basic Operation & Administration

  • Ongoing oversight of operational tasks, such as invoicing, reporting, and maintaining client records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate cross-functional schedules, track project timelines, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Assist in compiling performance metrics, sales forecasts, and budget reports related to clients adopting the Epic platform solutions.


4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Epic related queries, both internally and externally.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product/development teams, contributing to product roadmap decisions.
  • Ensure consistent communication with leadership, updating them on product performance, business development outcomes, and operational efficiencies.


5. Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively seek ways to optimize workflows and enhance product related processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, recommending improvements or new features for Epic.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in product coordination, sales/business development, or operations, preferably in a tech or services environment.


Technical & Product Skills:

  • Familiarity with product management, user experience, or software lifecycle concepts (a plus if experienced with SaaS or online platforms).
  • Comfort with CRM tools, project management software, and MS Office/Google Workspace.


Sales & Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships, generating leads, or meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for product pitches, presentations, and internal collaboration.


Operations & Organizational Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and handle administrative tasks thoroughly.
  • Strong problem-solving approach, able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Soft Skills:
