As an Early Childhood Educator, your main responsibilities involve creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.

• Plan and implement age appropriate activities to meet social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs of each child.
• Design and prepare learning materials and resources to support the lesson plan and curriculum goals.
• Create a good relationship with parents to support the psychosocial wellbeing of children.
• Promote a positive learning environment that evokes creativity, exploration and expression in young minds.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment that follows the rules and regulations on health and safety of children.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress and provide feedback regularly to parents and guardians about their child’s progress and setbacks.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive environment for early childhood development.

1. Diploma/University Degree in Early Childhood Development
2. Work Experience - Minimum two years of relevant work experience in teaching early years students.
3. Experience in conducting age appropriate assessments depending on the milestones required for a specific age.
4. Experience in designing lesson plans and curriculum for early years.
5. Skills and Competencies: Strong command of English language, Microsoft Office, creativity, emotional intelligence to connect with children for psychosocial support, skills in Montessori and French language will be added advantage
