The Niajiri Ambassador Affiliate Program is a transformative 6-month of affiliate marketing and youth empowerment initiative designed to equip Youth in Tanzania with essential employability, leadership, and digital marketing skills. By serving as a Niajiri ambassadors affiliate, ambassadors will sell Niajiri tools and online courses while earning commissions and gaining professional development opportunities. The program combines online and physical training, assignments, and performance tracking to ensure participants gain practical experience and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Niajiri services, such as CV downloads and coaching sessions
  • Market and sell online courses.
  • Register and onboard new users onto the Niajiri platform.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest or experience in selling products or services, including digital platforms or campaigns.
  • Experience in promoting programs, events, or products through social media, digital channels, or campus initiatives.
  • Strong ability to engage and persuade others in both English and Swahili.
  • Maintain a complete and active profile on the Niajiri Portal to support user onboarding and affiliate tracking.
  • Own a smartphone or laptop and maintain an active online presence.
  • Able to dedicate 5–8 hours per week for the 6-month program to achieve affiliate marketing targets.
  • Participate fully in training and activities focused on affiliate marketing strategies, sales psychology, and performance tracking
  • Exhibit a problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn, and an optimistic attitude.
