We are seeking a motivated Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on social media marketing while also handling other marketing activities to promote our online auction platform

1. Tele sales and customer service(50%)

● Proactively reach out to dormant users, encouraging engagement and addressing any potential issues they may have encountered.

● Promote auction participation by users

● Assist customers with navigating the platform, including troubleshooting account or transaction issues.

● Respond to inquiries and provide information on the auction process, product listings, and bidding.

● Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues or escalating them as needed.

● Track customer interactions and feedback, identifying common issues to enhance the user experience.

2. Social Media Marketing (40%):

● Develop and manage our social media strategy.

● Create and design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), to source new website users and engage existing users

● Monitor and respond to social media interactions.

● Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

● Run paid social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

3.Other sales duties (10%)

● Use own initiatives to drive sales and sign-up new website users, premier

users and trainers

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing.
• Strong understanding of online marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
